Irkus Palacio
Born in Bilbao, 1969, Irkus graduated with a Law degree from the University of Basque Country and received a Master’s degree in Legal Practice from the College of Legal Practice "Pedro Ibarreche".
After years of work in a London law firm, he returned to Bilbao to found his own practice with Juan Miraved and Gregorio Mujika. He has focused his career on Town Planning, receiving a Master’s Degree from the Basque Goverment of Public Administration.
After having a wide experience in Town Planning & Real Estate area, leads the Corporate and Financial Department as well as his firm´s international expansion both nationally and internationally.

Juan Miraved
Graduated in Law at Public Basque University, has specialized in labour rights, civil and insolvency law. He is renowned for his extensive experience and training: Master in Law Practice at Pedro Ibarreche Judicial Law School, Advance Course in Labour Rights and Social Security given at The Economic Studies Centre and the Advance course in Insolvency Law given by the distinguished Law School of Vizcaya. After years fulfilling his activities as a specialist labour lawyer, he makes a leap and enters insolvency law. It is in this area where he achieves his most important success as an insolvency law administrator resolving cases of companies in crisis. His involment in each project and his constant concern for his clients needs, allows him to carry out his work with efficiency and success. As a founder partner, as well as leading departments of labor law, civil and commercial law, he is immersed in the international expansion of the firm. A project to which he contributes whole heartedly his extensive experience and knowlege.

Ainhoa Varona
A law graduate from Basque Country University. Her leadership abilities and involvement in projects allowed her to obtain a scholarship from the Basque Government to collaborate with the Legal Procedural Department at the Basque Country University. After her University years, she completed her training with a Masters in Law Practice at the School at the Distinguished Lawyers School in Vizcaya. Then underwent an internship at Landwell Company, legal firm of Price Waterhouse. She moved to Paris to continue her training. On her return to Bilbao she joined BMP and now specializes in Insolvency Law.

José Quintanilla
Born in Barakaldo in 1977. Graduate at the Public Basque University in Law. Currently in charge of all cases related to planning, laboural contracting, Social Security, collective negotiation and work accidents. Aitor Rodríguez Rey

Daniela Cearsolo
Although she was born in Bilbao in 1982, she was brought up and educated in Italy. She returned to Bilbao to finish her degree courses at Deusto University. Graduate in Law. After obtaining the Law Practice School Master she began her career working in different banks but she continued her training specializing in Corporate and Bankruptcy laws. She joined BMP Corporate and Bankruptcy Department two years ago.
